Please note that all sales are final. Please read all item descriptions carefully upon placing your order. At this time I am unable to accept returns as I am doing my best to run this small business full time as a mother of a young child. Please contact me at polyglottot@gmail.com with any inquiries.



S H I P P I N G :

Shipping can take anywhere from 4-21 business days, depending on where we are shipping to. Items ship out via United States Postal Service please allow 3 business days to process your order.

Please note all orders placed before October 20 are Pre Orders. Orders will be shipped on October 23, 2017

They ship with a tracking number which is emailed to you once your label is created. (Please check your spam folder if you do not receive this before emailing to ask for it) Please note if you do not select a tracked shipping method I am unable to give you any information on where it might be. Once your untracked package is with USPS, I am no longer responsible for lost or damaged whilst in transit items. Just a reminder that packages always seem to be delayed by a few days over the Holidays.

Polyglot Tot is not responsible for any applicable duty fees which may arise upon accepting your parcel. During any international customs process, duty fees may be charged upon receipt.
